Priority Delivery for Clients

Paying clients receive priority delivery and all deliverables included in their agreement.

Editorial Independence

Blue Marble retains editorial independence to publish coverage involving both teams, athletes, officials, bands, cheerleaders, fans, and significant game moments — unless a separate written exclusivity agreement states otherwise. This independence is what allows Blue Marble to operate as a credible regional sports media source, not just a booked photographer for one side of a game.

Public Coverage vs. Client Deliverables

Public Blue Marble coverage may differ from what’s included in a specific client’s deliverables. Client payment does not guarantee a public feed post, collaboration post, athlete feature, or specific social reach, unless distribution is explicitly included in the written agreement.

Submitted Content

Submitted photographs and videos may be published when Blue Marble has permission and determines the content is clear, relevant, newsworthy, and appropriate. Submitted material is credited when required or appropriate. See our Content Submission Terms for full details.
