Usage and Licensing

What You Receive

When you book with Blue Marble, you receive a license to use your final, edited deliverables — not the copyright itself, and not RAW or unedited files, which are not included with any package.

Permitted Use

Delivered images and video may be used for:

• Personal and family use
• Team, school, and organization websites and social media
• Printed materials for your team, school, or organization (yearbooks, banners, programs)
• Recruiting profiles and personal athlete channels
• Sponsor or partner materials, when included in a written partnership agreement

What’s Not Permitted Without Written Agreement

• Reselling or redistributing content as stock imagery
• Using content in third-party commercial advertising unrelated to your program or athlete
• Removing or altering any credit or watermark Blue Marble has applied
• Sublicensing content to another business or organization

Blue Marble’s Usage Rights

Blue Marble retains ownership of all photographs and video it produces and may use coverage for its own portfolio, marketing, website, and social media, consistent with the Editorial Policy — unless a separate written exclusivity agreement states otherwise.

Sponsor and Partner Content

Usage terms for sponsor-branded content (logo placement, presented-by recognition, campaign integration) are defined in each partnership’s written agreement and may include specific usage windows or exclusivity terms.
