Game-day coverage delivers a quick-turn social pack within 24 hours — usually 10 to 20 shots ready to post. Full edited gallery on SmugMug inside 48 hours. Senior portraits and team shoots run 5 to 7 days. Highlight reels: 7 to 10 days from final raw footage.

Every gallery lives on SmugMug, which is where prints, digital downloads, and merch are sold. Use the search inside the gallery to filter by jersey number, then add to cart and check out there. We don’t touch payment for prints — SmugMug handles it directly.

Yes — we’re FAA Part 107 certified, fully insured, and we file the right airspace notifications before every flight. We coordinate with athletic directors and venue staff in advance. If a stadium prohibits drones, we’ll tell you upfront before charging for that add-on.

Absolutely — that’s our Season Pass tier. Lock the team and athletic director in for every home game across the season at a flat rate, with priority scheduling and free gallery hosting for the families. Pricing is on the Schedule page or we can put together a custom proposal.
 
No charge. If the event is cancelled or rescheduled by the school, conference, or weather, your deposit rolls over to the new date. If you need to cancel altogether more than 7 days out, you’ll get a full refund minus a small admin fee. Inside 7 days, the deposit holds the date for a future booking within 12 months.
Sports is the focus, but we’ll cover one-off events — senior nights, team banquets, school commencements, sponsor activations — if it’s adjacent to athletics. For straight portrait, wedding, or commercial work, we’ll happily refer you to one of the photographers we trust in the Columbia area.
