How Do I Get Started?
Use Request Coverage for schools, teams, tournaments, and sponsor projects — this opens an inquiry form so we can scope your project. Use Book an Athlete Session for standardized individual athlete services, which can be booked directly online.
Blue Marble is based in Columbia, SC and serves programs across Columbia, Irmo, Lexington, Richland County, and the broader South Carolina Midlands.
No. Tell us about your program, event, or goals on the Request Coverage form, and we’ll recommend the right level of coverage.
Pricing & Booking
Standard athlete services may be booked online at published starting prices. School, team, tournament, and partnership projects receive a customized proposal based on scope and production requirements — not a flat online quote.
Yes. A nonrefundable booking payment is required to reserve your date. Media Day packages specifically require a 50% booking payment.
Your request enters Pending Review. Blue Marble verifies schedule, access, and credentials, then sends approval and a proposal. Once the required payment is collected, your booking is Confirmed.
Delivery & Revisions
Delivery timelines are established before production begins and vary according to service, event schedule, and deliverable volume. Turnaround begins after the event and receipt of all required information.
Revisions are limited to factual and technical corrections unless additional creative revisions are purchased separately.
No. RAW photographs, unedited video, and project files are not included as part of standard delivery.
Rescheduling and cancellation terms apply when events are postponed, canceled, or materially delayed. Reach out as soon as you know so we can adjust scheduling.
Team Media Days
A 50% booking payment, a final roster, and one authorized team contact to coordinate scheduling and approvals. Each package includes a defined session duration.
An additional charge applies if the roster grows after booking, since session time and deliverables are scoped to the roster on file.
No. Printing and banners are quoted separately, and rush delivery is available and quoted separately.
Athletes & Recruiting
Athlete Spotlight coverage provides increased attention to one athlete but does not guarantee every play, rotation, point, possession, or moment. Access, lighting, playing time, and venue restrictions may affect final content.
No. Blue Marble does not guarantee views, engagement, follower growth, recruiting attention, scholarship opportunities, or contact from coaches or scouts. We produce professional sports content designed to present the athlete clearly and effectively across social media, recruiting profiles, and personal channels.
Not automatically. Purchasing photography or video does not include posting on Blue Marble social channels unless distribution is explicitly included in writing.
Sponsorships
No. Reach, views, engagement, recruiting attention, and sales results are not guaranteed. Partnership reports are based on actual platform performance.
Sponsored Game Coverage covers a single game with presented-by recognition and a recap. Team Season Sponsor is a season-long commitment with recurring recognition, branded integration, and reporting throughout the season.
Aerial & Drone Coverage
Yes, as an add-on for stadium establishing shots, outdoor tournaments, team entrances, campus features, and outdoor media days. See Commercial Aerial Services for full details.
Drone services are subject to weather, airspace authorization, venue approval, safety requirements, and FAA operating limitations, and are not guaranteed for every event.
