2. Information We Collect
Information you provide directly:
- Name, email address, and phone number submitted through our contact or inquiry forms
- Booking details such as event date, location, sport or activity, and the package you select
- The name and details of the athlete or subject being photographed, including whether that subject is a minor
- Any messages, requests, or notes you send to us
- Communications by email, phone, or social media
Photography and video content:
- Photographs and video footage we capture of you, your athlete, your team, or your event as part of the services you book
- Aerial drone footage that may incidentally capture bystanders present at a public venue
Payment information:
- Deposits and payments are processed by third-party platforms. We do not collect or store full payment card numbers on the Site. See Section 6.
Information collected automatically:
- Device and browser type, operating system, and screen size
- IP address and general location derived from it
- Pages visited, links clicked, time on page, and referring website

4. Photography, Image Rights, and Minors
Photography is the core of what we do, so we treat images with specific care.
Ownership and delivery: Edited galleries and media produced under your booking are delivered to you. The athlete's or subject's likeness remains theirs.
Marketing use: We may use selected images and footage from sessions in our portfolio, on the Site, on social media, and in promotional material. Where we intend to use an identifiable person's image for marketing, we rely on the consent captured at the time of booking through a media release. You may withdraw consent for future marketing use at any time by emailing info@bluemarblemediagroup.com. Withdrawal does not require us to recall material already printed or distributed before the request.
Minors: Many of the athletes and subjects we photograph are under 18. Bookings involving a minor must be made by a parent or legal guardian. The parent or guardian is responsible for consenting to the session and to any agreed marketing use of the minor's image. We do not knowingly use a minor's image for marketing without parent or guardian consent. If you are a parent or guardian and want a minor's image removed from our marketing channels, contact us and we will act on the request promptly.
Public venues: Drone and field coverage at public sporting events may capture individuals in the background. If you appear incidentally in such footage and want to discuss its use, contact us.
5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
The Site uses cookies and similar technologies to function and to understand how visitors use it.
